My
fields of competence
My experience of life and my professional course directed my specialization
towards certain particular fields of coaching.
Of European culture, I have had experience living in various countries (Germany, Italy and more than 4 years in Canada) before coming back to settle in Metz, France. This
has enabled me to develop a practical understanding of cultural
differences. This double culture allows me to deal better with personal
adaptation difficulties
related to uprooting and to have a wider understanding of the economic
stakes of companies working on various markets.
Personal Coaching:
Confronted with illness, handicap and uprooting, I carried out
some personal research which
enables me today to efficiently accompany individuals who have
to face brutal changes in their daily lives.
Artist coaching:
While working in design and contemporary art, I developed a clear
understanding of the artistic environment and of creation processes
which I actually use to accompany and motivate artists.
After Management studies in Paris, I acquired my professional experience
in various companies of
different types and sizes (multinational, SME, public services,
associations, community bodies), which gave me a global vision of
the business world.
Coaching of managers:
I help high potential collaborators to develop their talents,
to master their responsibilities and to adjust to changes. Having
personally held responsible positions in training and motivation,
I assist managers with leadership and team building issues. Finally,
my understanding of both European
and North American cultures enables me to help managers adapt
when they relocate or when they get a new position.
Coaching of leaders:
My experience in counseling together with that of company director
enables me to accompany leaders in the development of their answers
to change and in the elaboration of their strategic choices. My
coaching and global vision make it possible for leaders to make
progress with their logical thought processes and on a "human
management of the resources". I finally help leaders to anticipate
sociological and structural evolutions.
Choice of your coach: compatibility
Whatever kind of coaching you wish to start, I advise you
to choose a coach that suits you: you must feel comfortable with
him and be able to trust him. The free preliminary interview allows
both coach and client to check their compatibility. My strict code
of ethics forbids me to embark upon a coaching mission if it
goes beyond my fields of competence or if I consider that the conditions
for success are not present.
